Following its launch last week, Vivo Indonesia has officially commenced the sale of the Vivo Y100 5G both online and offline across Indonesia, starting Saturday (February 3, 2024). Now, the public can directly experience the latest smartphone from the Y Series lineup.
The Vivo Y100 5G is available in two color options, Orchid Purple and Onyx Black. Additionally, the Vivo Y100 5G comes in two variants: 8GB + 8GB Extended RAM and 128GB ROM priced at Rp3,899,000, and 8GB + 8GB Extended RAM and 256GB ROM priced at Rp4,199,000.
Starting today, both variants of the Vivo Y100 5G are available for purchase at various online stores and physical outlets across Indonesia.
"Vivo Y100 5G brings a number of updates designed specifically to meet users' needs in terms of design and performance. With a premium fiber skin design on the back and trendy colors, the Vivo Y100 5G provides a more exclusive touch experience and an elegant appearance," said Gilang Pamenan, Product Manager of Vivo Indonesia, in a statement on Saturday (February 3, 2024).
Regarding its power, he revealed that the Vivo Y100 5G is equipped with 80W FlashCharge fast charging, claimed to be the fastest in its class today. Additionally, the battery protection lasts up to 4 years.
"With all these updates, the Vivo Y100 5G becomes a solid smartphone that can be the perfect daily companion for users," added Gilang.
The Vivo Y100 5G combines a 5000mAh battery capacity with 80W FlashCharge technology, which is a first in the Y-Series lineup. Thanks to this technology, the vivo Y100 5G can reportedly charge the battery to almost half full in just 15 minutes.
To ensure long-lasting battery performance, the vivo Y100 5G is equipped with Nighttime Charging Protection and 24-Dimension Security Protection, providing protection while charging the battery at night, according to the user's sleep habits. Additionally, there's a Battery Health Checker feature to make it easier for users to monitor the battery's condition.
Vivo introduces 4 Years Battery Protection to ensure the battery performance remains at 80 percent of its capacity for up to four years of usage. If the battery health drops below 80%, Vivo will provide a battery replacement warranty for four years through the vivo care+ program.
The Vivo Y100 5G offers ample storage capacity with two RAM options: 8GB + 8GB Extended RAM with 128GB ROM and 8GB + 8GB Extended RAM with 256GB ROM. The Vivo Y100 5G can run more than 25 apps simultaneously and can store up to 60,000 photos.
The performance of the Vivo Y100 5G is enhanced with the inclusion of the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 5G chipset with 4nm fabrication, resulting in power efficiency. The Vivo Y100 5G also features a 120Hz AMOLED display and Dual Stereo Speakers with Audio Booster feature to increase the maximum volume by up to 300 percent.
In terms of the camera, the Vivo Y100 5G features a 50MP Main Camera and an 8MP Wide Angle Camera.
