As the year 2023 draws to a close, Chinese smartphone manufacturers have unleashed a wave of new products onto the market. Today, Thursday (12/7/2023), Xiaomi introduced the Redmi 13C in Indonesia, targeting the entry-level segment with a price tag of around Rp 1 million.
Simultaneously, iQOO 12 5G was also unveiled in the country on the same day, aiming for the premium segment. The latest smartphone from Vivo's sub-brand is equipped with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset from Qualcomm.
The iQOO 12 5G boasts a massive 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage, as reported on its official website. Its standard battery has a capacity of 5,000 mAh and supports fast charging up to 120W.
In terms of design, the iQOO 12 5G exudes a premium feel with a glass back. The sides are coated in aluminum, and its camera module features a curved box design housing three cameras.
Each camera boasts resolutions of 50MP+50MP+64MP. For selfies and video calls, the iQOO 12 5G is equipped with a 16MP front camera.
The smartphone offers several premium camera features such as OIS and EIS for image stabilization, Slow-mo mode, Night Mode, and Portrait mode.
The iQOO 12 5G sports a large 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800x1260p and a refresh rate of 144Hz.
Available in black and white color options, the iQOO 12 5G is now open for pre-orders with a price tag of Rp 10,999,000.
